The Environmental Law Section Update is now posted in our Members Only Area. If you have already set up your member profile, follow these instructions to go to the Update page in the Members Only Area:
1. Click on Environmental Law Update and enter your bar number and password to log into My State Bar Profile. You'll go directly to the Update page.
Since June 1999, the Environmental Law Section has been providing our members with periodic updates on judicial, administrative and legislative developments in environmental and land use law. This service augments the Section's journal, Environmental Law News.
The Update is posted in the Members Only Area of the Section's Web site, and notification of the availability of each new edition of the Update is sent directly to each member of the Environmental Law Section for whom we have an e-mail address.
In order to provide the State Bar with your e-mail address and specify what kind of notices you wish to receive, you'll need to set up your My State Bar Profile. When you set up your profile, be sure to click on " Change my e-mail list preferences" and check the box for the Environmental Law Section's e-mail list. If you've already set up your My State Bar Profile but haven't added yourself to the e-mail list, you can do so at any time by logging in and clicking on "Change my e-mail list preferences."
If you are not a member of the Environmental Law Section and would like to join, please click here.
